Get ready to power up your fitness routine with this functional full-body workout! Designed to build strength, stability, and mobility. Perform 3 to 4 sets of 6 to 10 reps for each exercise 

  

1. Swim or Walk Laps (5–10 minutes) 

Equipment: Pool 

How To: Swim or walk laps for 10 minutes. Use this as a warm-up to prepare your body for exercises and raise your core temperature. 

 

2. Standing Mountain Climbers (3 sets, 20–30 seconds) 

Equipment: Pool/Edge to hold 

How To: Hold onto the pool edge for balance. Slowly lift one knee up towards your torso, then return. Alternate sides back and forth for time. 

 

3. Side Leg Lifts (3 sets, 10 reps each side) 

Equipment: Pool/Edge to hold 

How To: Hold onto the pool edge for balance. Slowly lift one leg out towards the side, then return by pulling your leg back towards your centerline. Alternate legs between legs each set. 

 

4. Arm Circles (3 sets, 20 seconds each direction) 

Equipment: Pool  

How To: Stand in the water and submerge your arms. Hold them out to your sides and slowly rotate them forward for the allotted time, then repeat in the opposite direction. 

 

5. Rotations/Twists (3 sets, 30 seconds) 

Equipment: Pool 

How To: Stand in the water and submerge your torso. Hold your arms out to your sides and slowly rotate your entire body from side to side. Focus on pivoting through your feet and hips as you turn your whole body.
