Grab your workout buddy and make fitness fun with these partner-based exercises! This quick and engaging routine is perfect for keeping each other motivated while building strength and endurance together. 

 

1. Warm-Up: Walking (5–10 minutes) 

How To: Walk at a brisk pace for 5 to 10 minutes with your partner to get your body warm and ready for the workout ahead. 

 

2. Partner Ball Toss (3 sets, 6 reps)  

Equipment: Medicine Ball 

How To: Stand facing your partner and toss the medicine ball back and forth. Focus on keeping your core engaged as you throw and catch. 

 

3. Partner Wall Pushups (3 sets, 10 reps)  

Equipment: Wall or Elevated Surface 

How To: Use a "You Go/I Go" format. Partner A performs a wall pushup, then Partner B completes a rep, alternating until both finish 10 reps per set. 

 

4. Partner Squats (3 sets, 10 reps) 

Equipment: Bodyweight, Dumbbell, Kettlebell, or Medicine Ball 

How To: Perform squats using a "You Go/I Go" format. Partner A completes a squat, then Partner B takes their turn. Add weight for an extra challenge. 

 

5. Partner Plank Challenge (3 sets, for time: competitive) 

Equipment: Floor Mat 

How To: Set a timer and compete with your partner to see who can hold a plank the longest with good form. Encourage each other and track your progress!
